With Mindtribe, I helped a startup client overcome some of the most significant technical hurdles blocking their product development.

This project involved processing 3D mouth scans of actual patients into custom mouthguard geometries, which I developed a process for.  The complex, small, highly variable geometry makes this very challenging, and pushes both CAD and 3D printing technologies to the limits of their capabilities.

In one month, I led a team that went from a concept to a working prototype system, with individual patient mouthguards and a custom pressurized water delivery system.
